We have a contact form. Submissions are forwarded to our inbox and not retained anywhere else. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, and no advertising pixels.

The contact form
We collect, but we don't keep.
The form on our contact page asks for your name, email, optional company, project type, budget, optional timeline, and a message. We need that to reply to you usefully.
When you submit it, the data is forwarded directly to our shared inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. It is not stored in a database, not synced to a CRM, and not handed off to any marketing tool. Once the email reaches the inbox, it lives there in the same way any other client email does, and we keep it for as long as the conversation is active.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the form to keep bots out. Turnstile runs the spam check entirely in your browser and processes a minimal, non-identifying signal — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data brokered out.
If you change your mind after sending a message, just write back to the same thread and ask us to delete it. Reply within thirty days and we will.
Analytics & cookies
None of either.
This site does not run analytics. No Plausible, no Google Analytics, no Fathom, no Matomo, no session replay, no heatmaps. We do not measure individual visits and we do not track you across sites.
The site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set short-lived technical cookies (for example, the Turnstile challenge) when the contact form is loaded. These are required for the page to function and are not used for advertising or analytics.
Because there is no profiling and no cross-site tracking, you will not see a cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.

If a future engagement ever changes any of this, we will update this page before the change goes live.

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar regimes, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask for a copy, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Because the only place we hold any of it is our inbox, fulfilling those requests is straightforward.
Write to our contact page or reply to the original thread. We answer within one business day, Monday through Friday.
