Services
Six engagement types.
One way of working.
Pricing is published. Scope is fitted to the brief. Most clients start with one of these and grow into a longer relationship.
01
Web Development
New websites and web applications, built and shipped to spec.
From $5,000 per project
From marketing sites to internal tools to customer-facing applications. We build the web product you scoped, on the timeline we agreed, against the price we quoted.
Most projects use a modern JavaScript stack (TypeScript, React or Astro, Postgres, deployed to Cloudflare or a hyperscaler) but we tailor the choice to what you already operate, not what we like writing.
What's included
- Production-ready codebase, fully owned by you
- Test coverage for critical paths
- Deployment pipeline and basic observability
- Hand-over documentation, README, and architecture notes
- Two weeks of post-launch fixes included
Who it's for
Companies who need to ship a defined product. Founders who don't want to run an internal engineering team yet. Agencies overflowing with work.
02
Mobile App Development
iOS, Android, and cross-platform apps for product teams that need both stores covered.
Project-based pricing
Native when the use case demands it (camera, sensors, deep platform integration). Cross-platform when it doesn't, so you maintain one codebase instead of two.
We handle the parts founders find tedious: store listings, App Store and Play Store reviews, signing certificates, crash reporting, release pipelines. Launch day is uneventful.
What's included
- iOS and Android builds, signed and submitted
- App Store and Play Store listings
- Crash reporting and release pipeline
- OTA update channel where appropriate
- Two weeks of post-launch fixes included
Who it's for
Product teams shipping their first mobile app. Web-first companies adding a mobile presence. Founders who need both stores live before a funding milestone.
03
DevOps & Maintenance
Keep what you've built running. On-call developer and DevOps coverage, ticketed support.
From $999 per month
The website you launched two years ago still earns its keep, but nobody on the team remembers how it was deployed. We pick up that burden: patch the dependencies, watch the logs, take the 3am call.
Maintenance retainers include a named developer and a named DevOps engineer who learn your stack and stay on it. You get one channel for issues, not a rotating cast of contractors.
What's included
- On-call developer for code-level fixes
- On-call DevOps for infrastructure incidents
- Email and live-chat support during business hours
- Monthly dependency and security update sweep
- Quarterly review of cost and performance
Who it's for
Companies with one or two production systems and no dedicated platform team. Founders with a working product who want to focus on the next bet.
04
Project Management
End-to-end delivery led by a senior PM who owns the timeline and the team.
Senior PMs from $70 per hour
If you have the engineers but no one running the room, we provide the senior project manager. They write the schedule, run the standups, talk to your stakeholders, and tell you when things are off track before the deadline arrives.
PMs come from delivery backgrounds, not Jira-administrator backgrounds. They will push back on scope, escalate when needed, and ship the project.
What's included
- Detailed schedule with milestones and dependencies
- Daily standups and weekly written status reports
- Stakeholder communication and escalation
- Risk register and mitigation plan
- Hand-over to internal owner at close-out
Who it's for
Engineering teams without a PM. Founders running too many projects in their head. Companies whose internal PMs are at capacity.
05
Digital Marketing
SEO, SEM, and SMM execution by hands-on contractors, not strategy decks.
Junior marketers from $30 per hour
Search engine optimization, paid search and social campaigns, organic social management. The work itself, not a slide deck explaining the work.
Engagements typically start with an audit, then move to a monthly retainer where we ship: keyword research, content briefs, ad creative, posting schedules, dashboards.
What's included
- Initial audit with prioritized recommendations
- Keyword research and content calendar (SEO)
- Ad campaigns with creative and bid management (SEM)
- Organic posting and community management (SMM)
- Monthly performance report against agreed KPIs
Who it's for
Companies with a working product that need traffic. Founders who tried freelance marketers and ended up doing the work themselves.
06
Technical Consulting
Architecture review, technology selection, and pre-investment due diligence.
Engagement-based
A second pair of senior eyes. We read the code, talk to the team, and write the document, whether that's a build-vs-buy recommendation, a stack migration plan, or a tech-DD report for an acquirer.
Engagements are time-boxed and outcome-defined. You get a written recommendation, not a permanent advisor.
What's included
- Written report with findings and recommendations
- Risk-ranked action items
- Optional follow-up workshop with your team
Who it's for
Founders considering a rewrite. Investors performing technical due diligence. Operators inheriting an unfamiliar codebase.
