Mobile App Development

Maintenance retainers include a named developer and a named DevOps engineer who learn your stack and stay on it. You get one channel for issues, not a rotating cast of contractors.

Project Management

End-to-end delivery led by a senior PM who owns the timeline and the team.

Senior PMs from $70 per hour

If you have the engineers but no one running the room, we provide the senior project manager. They write the schedule, run the standups, talk to your stakeholders, and tell you when things are off track before the deadline arrives.

PMs come from delivery backgrounds, not Jira-administrator backgrounds. They will push back on scope, escalate when needed, and ship the project.

Engagements are time-boxed and outcome-defined. You get a written recommendation, not a permanent advisor.
